Rukumkot

Rukumkot is a town located in a valley in Rukum district, Nepal approximately 350 kilometres west of Kathmandu. Nearby is a pond called Rukmini Tal (Local name Kamal Dhaha (Nepali: कमलदह) with historic Sibalaya temple nearby built by Purna Kumari, wife of a Rana Prime Minister, and attractive Barah Temple. Bhagwati Temple is also in Rukumkot as well as Deurali Cave.

The town has government offices including police post, post office, health post, veterinary, a bank. Sisne Campus has offered bachelor-level studies since 2008 AD.
