Rocar De Simon U412E is a trolleybus produced by Rocar in 1997 and 1998. There were only 19 produced, 18 on DC and 1 on AC. Two were delivered in Bucharest, #7454 and #7459 (the one on AC), another two were delivered to Cluj and the rest of 15 were delivered to Constanta.[1][2]
