The Riviera Hotel is a Five star[1] hotel located in Cagayan de Oro City situated in Paseo del Rio the largest Business complex in the city. In the last quarter of 2010, the ZEALEP - development anchor had contructing the 18-level mixed-use building housing hotel, the mall and the convention center. This will be the first district of Paseo del Rio, the Riverwalk. The Riviera Hotel de Cagayan is slated to be operated by Genesis Hotels and Resorts.
The Riviera will have 304 well-appointed hotel rooms. Aside from the usual hotel amenities, The Riviera will feature a lush rooftop garden,an infinity pool and what is projected to be the hottest nightspot in the city, the Helipad Bar.
