Riverhillsoft (リバーヒルソフト Ribāhiru Sofuto ) was a Japanese video game manufacturer in operation from at least 1986 to 2000. Notable releases were primarily for the Pioneer LaserActive and Dreamcast, though other platforms included the MSX, Sega Game Gear, and PC-FX. The company was initially known for the J.B. Harold Murder Club series of murder mystery adventure games, developed from 1986 onwards, and were later known for several early survival horror games such as Doctor Hauzer in 1994 and the Overblood series of survival horror adventure games set in a science fiction universe.
