Rie Kitahara (北原里英 Kitahara Rie?, born June 24, 1991 in Ichinomiya, Aichi) is a Japanese singer, actor and voice actor. member of the Japanese idol group AKB48. She debuted in 2008 in Team A and now is in Team B.[1] She is part of the senbatsu, having been voted number 13, 16 and 13 in the AKB48 sembatsu elections. Since 2011, Kitahara is also a member of the group Not Yet.[2][3][4]

2009

Kitahara placed 13th in the 13th single members selection which took place in the end of June - beginning of July, 2009.[5]

2010

On August 13, 2010, Rie Kitahara debuted as a voice actress in the anime series Gakkō no Kowai Uwasa: Shin Hanako-san ga Kita!!.[6][7]
