Richard Hawkins (bishop)

Richard Hawkins is a bishop in the Church of England and is currently a Chapter Canon of Exeter Cathedral. Previously he had served as a team vicar in rural Devon and the city of Exeter. Then he was Archdeacon of Totnes before elevation to the episcopate as Bishop of Plymouth. He was later translated to Crediton.[1] Born in 1939[2] and educated at Exeter College, Oxford,[3] he trained for ordination at St Stephen's House, Oxford.
