Ricardo Emir James Rayo (born May 7, 1966 in Bocas de Toro) is a former Panamaian footballer.
James played most of his career in Honduras for Platense and Olimpia. He yielded a humorous goal to Wilmer Velasquez while playing for Platense in the 1998–99 season.[1]
James made several appearances for the Panama national football team, including 17 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches.[2]
