Ribeiroclinus eigenmanni is a species of clinid, and the only species in the genus Ribeiroclinus.[2] It is found from southern Brazil to central Argentina, in the western Atlantic Ocean.[3] It was named by D.S. Jordan in 1888,[4] and can reach a maximum length of 4.4 centimetres.[3] Blennies in this species are preyed upon by the Imperial Shag (Phalacrocorax atriceps).[5]
