Rhodium(VI) fluoride is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula RhF6. It's the most unstable hexafluoride of the platinum group and it can react with glass even without water. The fluoride can be synthesised with the reaction of metallic rhodium (or other rhodium fluorides) and fluroine.[1]
