Rhes-y-cae

Rhes-y-cae is a small parish and village located in Flintshire, North Wales. It is situated between Pentre Halkyn and Rhosesmor and is part of the local government community of Halkyn. Local facilities include a chapel, a church and a small primary school, Ysgol Rhes-Y-Cae.

The parish was consecrated on June 27th, in the year 1847.[1] Although the village shop has shut down, and the bakery closed to the public, Rhes-y-cae is still home to a pub, the Miners Arms[2].
