Hiresh Haridas (Malayalam: ഹിരേഷ് ഹരിദാസ്, Hirēṣ Haridās ?; born 26 May 1976 in Malacca), better known by his stage name Reshmonu, is a singer-songwriter from Malaysia who does mostly English songs. He is known for songs such as "Walk Away", "Cintaku Pergi", "Hey Waley" and "Superfine", as well as for his hairstyles. Of Malayali descent, he became a father in 2005.

Reshmonu released his debut album, Monumental, in 2003 under Dhanosh Records, after taking four years to complete.[1] Among the songs in this album were Walk Away and It's You That Matters. The album earned him seven AIM nominations in 2004, of which he landed three into his collection (Best Male Vocals, Best English-language Artiste, Best Engineering for an Album).
It's You That Matters was remade in Mandarin by Evonne Hsu, titled Wǒ yào qīng qīng wèi nǐ chàng shǒu gē (我要輕輕為你唱首歌, "I Wanna Sing a Song For You").
In 2005, Reshmonu re-released his debut album under Sony BMG in repackaged form with new material, titled Monumental: the Journey Continues which included Kiranya Tiada Lagi (the Malay version of Walk Away) and Hey Waley.
In 2006, Reshmonu founded Reshmonu Sdn Bhd, popularly known as "R Records", through this record, he promoted his ideology to Universal Music to work on his new album, Superfine. The album was launched in a party on 31 January 2007. Among the singles from Superfine are "Superfine" (the title track) and "The Way It Makes You Move". In mid-2007, Reshmonu joined Ikon Malaysia. He also has a son named Maureece.
Since its inception and RIM accreditation, R Records had also signed artistes such as Silent Scream and Elvira Arul. In early 2009, Reshmonu launched his first fully Bahasa Melayu album, titled Harapan,[2] for which he gained the award for Best Engineered Album in the 16th Music Industry Awards held in that year.[3] In 2010, Reshmonu released his first Tamil language singles "Theendathey", which was a hit among Malaysia's Tamil community.
