Yuzuki began learning ballet at the age of nine. Having grown too tall for ballet, she became interested in the Revue with the advice of her father.

After training in singing, acting and all different types of dance like tap, Japanese classical dance and so on for two years at the Takarazuka Music School, she made her debut in the 1999 Moon Troupe Production ; Nove Bossa Nova.

Then she was assigned to the Star troupe. In 2000, the very next year, she was selected as a member of the Berlin tour.

Starting her career in Star Troupe, she developed her singing and acting. She was given the role of André in the New Actor Show, The Rose of Versailles in 2001, then took the leading role in the New Actor Performances five times consecutively.

One of her remarkable roles is Chauvelin in The Scarlet Pimpernel which was held in Japan for the first time in 2008 and given a standing ovation. [3] The Matsuo Arts Foundation presented her with the 30th Rookie Art Award.

In 2009, She became the top star of Star Troupe with the resignation of the former lead Kei Aran. The second Takazuka Revue Cinema, The Legend Ver.Ⅱ was starring her.
