Alex Renato Ibarra Mina (born 20 January 1991 in Ambuquí, Imbabura), more commonly known as Renato Ibarra, is an Ecuadorian football Forward who plays for Eredivisie club Vitesse and the Ecuadorian national team.

He had been playing throughout his youth at the Ecuadorian team El Nacional. On 8 July 2011 Vitesse acquired Renato Ibarra's services for a contract of three years at the club.[1]
Renato Ibarra has been selected to represent Ecuador in the U-20 Youth World Cup tournament to be held in Colombia.
On 20 April 2011 Renato Ibarra made his debut for the senior Ecudorian national team against Argentina.
