Reginald ("Reggie") George Pridmore (April 29, 1886 in Edgbaston, Birmingham — March 13, 1918 ) was a field hockey player, who won the gold medal with the England team at the 1908 Summer Olympics in London.
Pridmore was also a cricketer, and played first-class cricket as a right-hand batsman for Warwickshire.
Pridmore was killed in action during the First World War, serving as a major with the Royal Field Artillery near the Piave River in Italy. He was buried at the Giavera British Cemetery nearby.[1]
