Ready Flowers is an online flowers and gifts company that sends flowers and gifts to 95 countries around the world.

History

Ready Flowers is a series of online flower delivery portals which started in Perth, Western Australia in October 2005 that uses existing "bricks and mortar" florists and gift services to fulfill flower and gift deliveries. It has the Hong Kong company registration Ready Flowers Limited and the Australian company registration Ready Flowers Pty Ltd since July 2005.

Ready Flowers receives a majority of its orders through its network of online websites. Ready Flowers currently fulfils orders for delivery in over 95 countries that includes Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Philippines, UAE (including most middle eastern countries), Thailand and 13 other Asian countries. In 2009 the UK and Europe delivery started and in 2010 North & South America were added to the network.

Part of the Ready Flowers success story is because Ready Flowers engages in substantial and extensive marketing programs via GoogleAds, and recently Facebook. According to the a report titled "The Connected Harbour - How the Internet Is Transforming Hong Kong’s Economy" by the Boston Consulting Group in 2011[1] "It [Ready Flowers] relies heavily on the Internet to attract customers, especially through searchengine advertising. ReadyFlowers.com has many competitors in each of its locations. It has a unique cachet in that its business is truly worldwide."

Ready Flowers received "Top 10" online traffic awards in 2008 from Hitwise[2] and has been mentioned in the Western Australian business press[3] [4] and the Australian Financial Review .[5]

In late 2008, Ready Flowers corporate headquarters was moved to Hong Kong due to the companies expansion into South East Asia which began early in 2007.

In May 2009, Ready Flowers opened up a sister brand called Ready Penny.

In Dec 2010, Ready Flowers extended its technology to the brand ReadyPerfume.
