Ranvijay Singh Singha (born March 16, 1983 in Ludhiana), is a VJ and Bollywood actor. He was a participant and also the finalist in the first season of MTV Roadies (2003) and that lead to him becoming the host for the MTV show, Roadies. He also became a part of the judging panel for MTV Roadies 8 along with Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman. He has acted in Bollywood movies. Besides Roadies Ranvijay has hosted many other MTV shows including MTV Stuntmania, MTV Force India The Fast and The Gorgeous, and MTV Scooty Pep Teen Diva show.

Early life and career

Ranvijay Singh Singha was born in Bandra, in a Jatt sikh family. His father is an Indian Army officer, as was his great grandfather, while his younger brother serves in the Merchant Navy (Now a part of the production team in MTV Roadies as Little Herman).[1] He did his schooling from Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan and graduation from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi. He first worked in New Jersey, USA, as a construction worker.[2] If he wasn't a TV actor today, he would have joined the Indian Army following the family tradition.
