Randolph D. "Randy" Brock (born September 28, 1943, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) is a Vermont Republican politician. He served as Vermont Auditor of Accounts from 2005 to 2007.

Brock holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and a M.A. from Yale University.
Brock served in the United States Army, attaining the rank of Captain. He saw action in the Vietnam War, earning a Bronze Star and an Army Commendation Medal.
He is a retired executive vice president for Fidelity Investments.
He is married to Andrea Forrest Brock, and the couple have one daughter.
Brock was elected as Auditor in 2004, defeating Democratic incumbent Elizabeth M. Ready in her bid for re-election.
In the November 7, 2006 election, Brock was challenged by Democratic candidate Thomas M. Salmon, the son of former Vermont Governor Thomas P. Salmon. The initial vote tally put Brock ahead by 137 votes. However, Salmon requested a recount, and on December 21, 2006, Salmon was declared the winner by a margin of 102 votes.
In 2008 Brock was elected to the Vermont State Senate.
Brock announced on December 7, 2011 that he will be a candidate for Governor of Vermont in the 2012 Election.[1]
