Vaillant's Frog, Rana vaillanti[1], is a species of frog in the Ranidae family. It is found in Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical swamps, rivers, swamps, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, water storage areas, ponds, and canals and ditches.
