It is located at 115-24 Grosvenor Road. Ralph Bunche helped found the United Nations, and this was his home for more than 30 years, until his death in 1971. The house was designed by Koch & Wagner and is in the neo-Tudor style.
The house was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1976.[2][3][4] The house is also a New York City landmark.[5]
A different home of Ralph Bunche in Washington, D.C., where he and his family lived from 1941-1947, is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
