Rajaharia

Rajharia (राझड़िया) Rajaharia (राजड़िया) Rojaria (रोजड़िया) is gotra of jats found in Districts Alwar, Jhunjhunu, Sikar in Rajasthan. They are also there in Sikar town.

The Rajaharia's are basically have Agriculture & Farming as their main line profession. From the early times before India's freedom they have owned a large stake in agricultural land in and around the village of Hanumanpura, which is 10 KM from Jhunjhunu district along with large area in Alwar and Sikar districts. Hanumanpura which is located in south of Jhunjhunu is an Jat majority village.

Being a Jat, Rajaharia's are always considered a respected, helpful and highly educated gotra among jats. People from this clan have succeeded in Education as well as community work. The older generation of Rajaharia's had fought for Indian Freedom.

Despite having rich agriculture assets, heritage and affluent status, they have pursued higher education and excelled in it. They have taken various professions and shown their mettle in fields like Defense, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, Politics etc.

Rajaharia, as Hindu clan is considered as devotee of Lord Hanuman, which they call as Balaji. Balaji another name of Lord Hanuman is revered and worshipped all over northern India.
