Mitochondrial Rho GTPase 2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RHOT2 gene.[1][2]

Function

The gene homolog of RHOT2 in yeast codes for a protein called Gem1 that has been shown to be part of a complex of proteins that functions at points of contact between the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria.[3]
