Quixeramobim (formally Santo Antônio do Bogueirão de Quixeramobim; formerly Nova Vila do Campo Maior) is a city and municipality in Ceará, Brazil.

Tourism

The Quixeramobim tourism industry is strong, and the city has hotels, inns, restaurants and snack bars. One attraction is the house of Antonio Vicente Mendes Maciel, in homage to the son Antonio Conselheiro. This historical patrimony has five large doors and is very well preserved. It currently serves as a residence for the Costa family, the composer Fausto Nilo and is open to the public.
