Qubadlı

Qubadlı (also, Ghubat’ly, Koubately, Kubatlu, Kubately, and Qubadly) is a city in and the capital of the Qubadli Rayon of Azerbaijan. Currently it is under the control of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
