Serbian Business Association "Entrepreneur" (Croatian: Srpsko privredno društvo "Privrednik", Serbian: Српско привредно друштво "Привредник") is an organization of Serbian minority in Croatia, which is aimed at creating and increasing economic opportunities in rural areas where majority of Serbs living in Croatia, as well as development potential and professional skills of individuals.
Privrednik is a nongovernmental, nonprofit and nonpartisan organization registered in the appropriate registers of Croatian.
Privrednik operates on the principle: "Work - Saving - Rectitude"

Programmatic and organizational activities of the "Privrednik" are divided into:
Privrednik has two funds from which awards scholarships Fund "Vladimir Matijevic"[1] and the Fund "Ivana Vujnović".[2] Fund "Vladimir Matijevic" scholarships talented students from families of lower income families. Fund "Ivana Vujnović" scholarships excellent students at colleges.
Economic Development Department provides support to the sector of small and medium-sized businesses, primarily public information, promotional and advisory services, implementation of development projects in order to influence the reconstruction and development of less developed areas where predominantly Serbs lived in Croatia.[3]
Privrednik Junior is an independent organization of young members of the Privrednik and a platform that will connect young people through a single organization, to enable young people from getting to know other youth, student and other similar organizations, and encourage personal development and creating capacity for young people and youth leaders.
Media Production Department includes a media presentation of the Privrednik, its mission and its programmatic activities, but also inform and connect users to the activities of Privrednik.[4] Privrednik issued by the Privrednik Magazine, which comes out once a month, every first Friday of the month.
Management Bodies of Privrednik is the Assembly, President, Steering Committee, Patronage and the Supervisory Board. The President is Nikola Lunić. In addition to President of Privrednik has two Vice presidents. The Steering Committee has 15 members and the Chairman is Mile Miljuš. Patronage is an advisory body and patronized by the permanent members, benefactors and fundata. Patronage currently has 34 members, among which are: Nevenka Ljubic, Svetozar Livada, baron Peter Rajačić of Brinja, Nataša Desnica, Slobodan Uzelac, Milorad Pupovac et al.[5]
Privrednik Junior (Serbian: Привредник Јуниор, English: Junior Entrepreneur) is an independent organization of young Serbs in Croatia and the only youth association that acts on the territory of the state.
The main purpose of the organization that brings together talent, experience and abilities of young Serbs to support the economic, social, cultural and every other positive changes towards a free and democratic system and moral society in Croatia.[6]
Privrednik Junior was established in July 2009 upon the decision of the Governing Board of the Privrednik. The initiative for the start of the prominent young members.[7]
Privrednik Junior is an organization of young people who act as department of the Privrednik[8] and is under his direct supervision.
Platform that will connect young people through a unique organization that enables young people to get to know other youth, student and other similar organizations, to encourage personal development and create capacity for young people and youth leaders, represents a fundamental interest and commitment of Privrednik Junior.[9]
The Learn-React-Achieve Project (Croatian: Upoznaj-Djeluj-Ostvari) is an innovative example to encourage the young Serb involvement and participation in socio-political and civic activities in Croatia.[10]
