Prionurus scalprum is a subtropical fish found in coral reefs in the northwest Pacific ocean.[1] It was first named by Achille Valenciennes in 1835,[1] and is commonly known as the Scalpel sawtail.[2] It is sometimes used in aquariums.[1]
