Pitton is also the name of a small village in the Gower Peninsula, Wales.
Pitton is a village located about 7 kilometers (4.3 mi) east of Salisbury, Wiltshire, United Kingdom, just off the A30 London Road. It has a primary school (Pitton C.E. Primary School), a village shop and post office, a pub (The Silver Plough), a church, a park, a village hall and a small recreation ground at the back. This recreation field contains a tennis court, a couple of goals, and a small area with a basketball hoop. It is sited north-east of Alderbury and north-west of Farley.
