4'-Phosphopantetheine is an essential prosthetic group of acyl carrier protein (ACP) and peptidyl carrier proteins (PCP) and aryl carrier proteins (ArCP) derived from Coenzyme A.[1] It is also present in formyltetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase.[2]
