Peter Ramsden (born 9 May 1934 — died 1 September 2002 in York) was a professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s and '60s who at club level played for Huddersfield, and York, playing at Stand-off/Five-eighth, i.e. number 6.

Peter Ramsden played Stand-off/Five-eighth, scored two tries, and won the Lance Todd Trophy in Huddersfield’s 15-10 victory over St. Helens in the 1953 Challenge Cup final at Wembley Stadium on 9 May 1953, and played Stand-off/Five-eighth in the 6-12 defeat to Wakefield Trinity in the 1962 Challenge Cup final at Wembley Stadium on 12 May 1962.
Peter Ramsden is the youngest player ever to win the Lance Todd Trophy, aged 19 in the 1953 Challenge Cup final.
