Perdikaki (Greek, Modern: Περδικάκι, Ancient/Katharevousa: Perdikakion, older name Sakaretsi) is a village located in the northeastern part of Aetolia-Acarnania. It belongs to the municipal unit of Inachos. According to 2001 census the population was 423 inhabitants. The decrease of population during the last two decades was due to emigration to other places of Greece and around the world for better living conditions. The altitude is about 700 meters . The mountain road to Patiopoulo rises to an altitude of 1,160 metres.
