Pentreath is a small cove with a beach in south-west Cornwall, United Kingdom. It is situated on the west side of the Lizard Peninsula 200 metres south of Kynance Cove. Access is via a steep cliff path cut into the cliffs.
The beach is popular with surfers as it is one of the few beaches in the area with regularly surfable waves; however, it is unsuitable for novice surfers because of submerged rocks and strong undercurrents.
