Penamacor (Portuguese pronunciation: [pɨnɐmɐˈkoɾ] or [penɐmɐˈkoɾ]) is a municipality in Portugal with an area of 563.9 km² and a population of 6,160 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 12 parishes and is located in the district of Castelo Branco.
