Pavoclinus litorafontis, known commonly as the Slinky klipfish in South Africa,[1] is a species of clinid in the genus Pavoclinus.[2] It is a subtropical blenny found around False Bay, South Africa, in the southeastern Atlantic ocean.[2] It was named by M.L. Penrith in 1965,[3] and can reach a maximum length of 21 centimetres.[2] Blennies in this species feed primarily off of amphipods in the genera Ischyrocerus and Laetmatophilus.[4]
