Pavel Lychnikoff (born February 16, 1967 in Moscow), also credited as Pasha D. Lychnikoff, is a Russian television, film and theatre actor, who lives and works in the United States.

Pavel Lychnikoff attended the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (formerly known as GITIS) in Moscow. In the early 1990s he moved to the United States. According to Lychnikoff's short biography on his IMDb-profile, he arrived at the John F. Kennedy International Airport with five dollars in his trouser pocket and could only speak a few words of English before he landed in Los Angeles.[1] Since that time he appeared in many TV-movies and -series and feature films. Pavel Lychnikoff is noted for his roles as the telegraph operator Blazanov in HBO's Deadwood series and as Russian mobster Vadim Youchenko in the movie Trade.
Pavel Lychnikoff furthermore plays theatre in the USA and in Russia. His self-written play The Shelter, which he also directed, was nominated for the Californian Ovation Award in five categories and Lychnikoff's performance in the play got him very good reviews by a number of critics.
