Paul Reiffer was represented by Target Models[1] in the UK and Europe, although hasn't actively worked as a model since 2009.[2] Reiffer has featured on the cover of online publications such as BeautifulMag[3] and Australia's DNA magazine.[4] He has worked as a model across Europe and the US and been shot by fashion photographers including Simon Le (Australia), Scott Marrs (US), Joby Rawlins (UK), Bill McClaren[5] (US) and Paul Reitz[6] (US).
In 2009 Reiffer switched to the other side of the camera and became a professional photographer himself. Using the contacts he made while modelling, he quickly gained publicity in the online space with sites such as BeautifulMag's "2XSexy" Cover Story.[3] Keeping the online relationships he established as a model, he still features in such publications to this day - even launching new models such as Steve Box,[7] who would be later signed to several agencies, into the public eye. He has shot landscape photography in central and southern Europe, but is more widely known for his model photography in the UK, US and Canada and music photography of a number of performing artists such as Alenadra Burke, Olly Murs, The Wanted, Boys Like Girls and Kids in Glass Houses. Reiffer's work has appeared on the front cover of Beige Magazine in the UK[8] and DNA magazine in Australia.
Reiffer is an Associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography[9] and Associate of the Royal Photographic Society,[10] having been accepted by both organisations for direct entry at an Associate level due to the breadth of his existing portfolio. He was a finalist in the 2010 Landscape Photographer of the Year, for his images of the British coastline.
His portfolio photography is used every day by active models for top agencies such as Oxygen Models[11] (London), W Athletic[12] (London) and Look Model Agency[13] (San Francisco) as well as many smaller management companies.
His clients range from the US National Park Service (NPS) to British racing drivers such as Andy Neate,[14] to organisations such as Pineapple Dance Studios. He has shot many images for underwear brands such as Baskit[15] and Lick[16] - including advertising campaigns frequently published in Attitude Magazine during 2010 and 2011. Since turning to professional photography, Reiffer has shot many known faces including Louie Spence, Jodie Kidd, Debbie Moore and worked with ex Big-Brother star Imogen Thomas on her publicity in 2009. Reiffer also shot publicity photos for The Grapes, famously owned by Evgeny Lebedev, Sean Mathias and Ian McKellen[17].
