Pak Yeong-hyo (1861 - September 21, 1939) was a Joseon Dynasty politician, diplomat and pro-Japanese activist.

Pak was a leader during the 1884 Kapsin Coup that attempted to overthrow the Korean government and institute Western-style reforms. The coup attempt lasted only three days before the Chinese sent troops to put it down. The result was a 14 point program aimed at reform.
