Parafluda is a spider genus of the Salticidae family (jumping spiders). Its only described species, Parafluda banksi, is found from Panama to Argentina.
The genus name is combined from Greek para "alongside" and the salticid genus Fluda (see also Pseudofluda). The species is named in honor of arachnologist Nathan Banks.
