Pantheeramkavu
Pantheeramkavu or Pantheerankave is a census town in Kozhikode district in the Indian state of Kerala.
Demographics
Pantheernakave or Pantheeramkavu means, the place with Twelve Kavu(Temples). Today this is a fast growing town with all the modern facilities. As of 2001[update] India census[1], Pantheeramkavu had a population of 24,495. Males constitute 50% of the population and females 50%. Pantheeramkavu has an average literacy rate of 84%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 86%, and female literacy is 82%. In Pantheeramkavu, 11% of the population is under 6 years of age.
