A Jat tribe They are chiefly found throughout the central districts of Punjab India and Punjab Pakistan. According to some traditions, the tribe came from Ghazni in Afghanistan. They claim a connection with the Aulakh tribe.[1]
In Pakistan, they are Muslim, while in India, they are Sikh.
