Palasa and Kasibugga (Telugu: పలాస – కాశిబుగ్గ) are twin towns. And Palasa is a Mandal in Srikakulam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[1]
It is located on the National Highway 5 between Srikakulam and Berhampur.
