Pegadapally (or Pegadapalle) is a village and a mandal[1] in the Karimnagar district of the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.[2] Total population of the village from the last census was 372[3], with 77 households. For the Pegadapally Mandal, the total population was 44,879 in 10,628 households.

The Pegadapally Mandal is near Karimnagar, which is located at and with average elevation of 265 metres (869 feet). It has an area of 148.65 square kilometres (57.4 sq mi)[1] and contains over 3,600 structures.[1]
This village is very ancient. At that time this village is called "Preggadapally", with "Preggada" meaning honorable. In this village three temples are present. One of these is very very ancient. On each Shivarathri day, there is an extraordinary festival in one of the temples. The temple itself honors Lord Shiva and Parvathi's marriage.
