Attacks
Tentomon first appears in Digimon Adventure when Motimon Digivolved into Tentomon to protect Izzy from a Kuwagamon. Tentomon greatly admires his partner, Izzy, for his curiosity and intelligence. He is easy-going and likes to mess around.
Tentomon also appears in the Digimon movie Our War Game! and the sequel Diaboromon Strikes Back to fight against the evil Digimon Diaboromon.
The name "Tentomon" refers only to the Rookie form of this Digimon. Throughout the series, Tentomon gains the ability to Digivolve into a number of more powerful forms, each with a different name and special attack. However, the Rookie level is his preferred one and the one he spends most of his time in, due to the amount of energy required to stay in a higher form. Although it is not shown in the anime, Tentomon and/or Kabuterimon has the ability to warp digivolve to HerculesKabuterimon.
PabumonPabumon is Tentomon's Fresh form(baby in english dub). He is a green-colored blob who has a yellow pacifier in his mouth. Pabumon appears in Digimon Adventure when Vademon took away Izzy's curiosity and Crest, causing Tentomon to gradually lose power until he regressed to his infant form. However, Izzy manages to snap out of it and Tentomon returned to his usual self.[1] Attacks

MotimonMotimon is Tentomon's In-Training form. Motimon is a cylinder-shaped pink blob with shining black eyes, a curvy smile and two arms which have three developing claws on each. The name "Motimon" comes from the Japanese word "mochi", a type of rice dough. Tentomon was in this form when Izzy first came into the Digital World. Motimon is seen again when Izzy loses his crest to Vademon and he continues to return to this form whenever he finishes battling in his Ultimate form MegaKabuterimon.[2] Attacks

KabuterimonKabuterimon is Tentomon's champion form. Kabuterimon is a more developed insect than Tentomon, and is modeled after a rhinoceros beetle. Having great strength and flawless defense, Kabuterimon's wings are longer than his body and he developed a skull helmet which covers his eyes that is hard as an iron wall. Kabuterimon first appeared in the episode 'Kabuterimon's Electro Shocker' when he freed Andromon from the power of the Black Gear. He was also involved in battles against Devimon, Etemon, and LadyDevimon. Kabuterimon is also seen in the movie Our War Game, when Tentomon Digivolves in order to fight Infermon. MegaKabuterimonMegaKabuterimon, known as AtlurKabuterimon in the Japanese version, is Tentomon's Ultimate form and modeled after an Atlas Beetle. Able to open his hard carapace, MegaKabuterimon can use his horn and flying speed in deadly combination. Kabuterimon gains the form during his fight with Vademon, assuming the forms in later battles against Myotismon's henchmen and later, against the Dark Masters. Tentomon loses the ability to Digivolve into this form when Izzy releases the power of his crest to free the Digimon Sovereigns. Later, in Digimon Adventure 02, Azulongmon uses one of his DigiCores to restore Tentomon's power to Digivolve into MegaKabuterimon. MegaKabuterimon is seen again towards the end of Digimon Adventure 02.[4] Attacks
