Pablo Nicolás Mouche (born 11 October 1987 in San Martín, Buenos Aires) is an Argentine football forward. He currently plays for Santos.

Mouche started his career with Estudiantes de Buenos Aires in the metropolitan 3rd division of Argentine football. In 2006 he was signed by Arsenal de Sarandí and then in 2007 he joined Boca Juniors.
Mouche was picked to join the Argentina Under-20 squad to take part in the 2007 South American Youth Championship in Paraguay. Mouche justified his selection by scoring a hat-trick against Venezuela in a 6–0 victory.[1]
He scored his first league goal for Boca Juniors on October 29, 2008 in a 1–0 win against Banfield.[2]
