PBC Tirana is a basketball team that plays in the Albanian A-1 League. It is the second most successful club in the Albanian Basketball history, after Partizani Tirana with 17 championship titles won.[1]

In august the 16th 1920, the patriot P. Nika altogether with gentlemen A. Erebara, P. Jakova, A. Hoxha, A. Koja, P. Berisha, A. Zajmi, H. Fortuzi, B. Pazari, L. Berisha, S. Frasheri, H. Alizoti, A. Gjitomi and V. Fekeci founded "Agimi Sports Association". In 1927 on the initiative of Mr S. Stermasi, Mr A. Erebara, Mr A. Zajmi and Mr A. Koja, "Agimi" changed its name to Sportklub Tirana (SK Tirana). PBC Tirana are 17 times Champions of Albania, and also 15 times winners of Albanian Cup. PBC Tirana have also taken part in European Competitions, and in many friendly international tournaments, where ocassionally have reached several successes. Unforgettable the matches against 1971-72 Champions Club's Cup finalists, KK Jugoplastika Split in the 2-nd round, after eliminating in the first round Cercle Jeunesse winning both matches, white and blue team performed well despite 77-90 loss in Tirana and 58-85 loss in Split. Or the matches against Cup Winners of 1973-74 season, Crvena Zvezda Belgrade, home and away losses 83-99 and 70-114.
Since 2006-07 PBC Tirana have dominated albanian men's basketball winning 4 titles, 4 cups and 5 supercups.
