P. K. Kunhalikutty is an Indian politician and minister in the Government of Kerala. He is a leader of Indian Union Muslim League .[1][2]
On several occasions Kunhalikutty served as minister in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. He served as the Minister for "Industries" during 1991-1995 in the ministry headed by K. Karunakaran[3] and later as the Minister for "Industries and Social Welfare" during 2001-2004 in the ministry headed by A. K. Antony.[4]
He was elected to Kerala Legislative Assembly from Malappuram constituency in 1982.[5]

Shri. P.K. Kunhalikutty, veteran Muslim League leader, was born on January 6, 1951 at Malappuram, as the son of Shri. Mohammed Haji and Smt. K.P. Pathummakutty. A graduate in Commerce, he is also a diploma holder in Business Management.
Entering politics through the MSF, he later became its State Treasurer. Shri Kunhalikutty subsequently served as Chairman, Malappuram Municipality and has had a remarkable stint also as Secretary of Kerala State Muslim League .
Shri. Kunhalikutty became elected to KLA five times, in 1982 and 1987, contesting from Malappuram constituency, and in 1991, 1996 and 2001, from Kuttippuram constituency . He served as Minister for Industries and Social Welfare from 24..6..1991 to 16..3..1995 in the Karunakaran Ministry, Minister for Industries and Municipalities from 22..3..1995 to 9..5..1996, and Minister for Industries, IT and Social Welfare from 17..5..2001 to 29..8..04, in the A.K. Antony Ministry and Minister for Industries, IT & Social Welfare, from August 31, 2004 to January 4, 2005 in the Oommen Chandy Ministry.
At present the General Secretary of Muslim League , he has been the leader of the Muslim League Legislature party since 1991. He is also serving presently as Director, Chandrika Daily and Director, Muhammed Koya International Foundation.
Married to Smt. K.M. Kulsu, they have one son and one daughter.
