Ostheide is a Samtgemeinde ("collective municipality") in the district of Lüneburg, in Lower Saxony, Germany. It is situated approx. 8 km east of Lüneburg. Its seat is in the village Barendorf.
The Samtgemeinde Ostheide consists of the following municipalities:
