Oleksandr Yakymenko (Ukrainian: Олександр Валерійович Якименко; born 4 March 1989, Odessa, in the Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union) is a Ukrainian football forward is owned by Chornomorets and currently plays on loan at FC Dnister Ovidiopol in the Ukrainian First League. He is the product of the Chornomorets Odesa Youth school system and has played for the reserve squad and youth squad since 2004/2005 season. Yakymenko is also a member of the Ukraine national under-21 football team.
On 25 February 2011, it was announced that Yakymenko would join Dniester on loan for the remainder of the 2010–11 season.[1]
