Oksen Mirzoyan
Oksen Mirzoyan (Armenian: Օքսեն Միրզոյանն, Russian: Оксен Аракелович Мирзоян) (born June 11, 1961 in Angeghakot) is a former Armenian weightlifter and Olympic champion who competed for the Soviet Union.
He was born in village Angeghakot, Sisian Oblast, Armenian SSR.
Mirzoyan won a gold medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul.[1]

- Bronze medalist in Senior World Championships, senior European champion (1983);
- Silver medalist in European Championships (1982, 1985, 1986);
- Set fourteen world records during career.
