The Sixth Generation Company of the Wholesale Electricity Market (OGK-6) (RTS:OGKF) is a Russian power generation company formed by merger of six generation companies.

The installed capacity of all six thermal power plants is about 9,052 MW. This renders OGK-6 the fourth largest company by installed capacity size among all OGKs and TGKs created as a result of the reform of electric power industry in Russia. The total installed heat of OGK-6 plants amounts to 2,704 Gcal/hr.
The power output of the OGK-6 power plants in 2007 was around 32,065 millionkWh, which is 1,161 million kWh (3.53%) more than in 2006.

JSC "OGK-6" shares are traded on MICEX and RTS. Global Depositary Receipts program was established 1 July 2008.
In April 2010, it was announced that Gazprom, the major shareholder of OGK-2 and OGK-6, will merger these companies to create a single company with 10 power stations and a capacity of 17,750 MW.[1]
