They went on a five game winning streak being 5-1 entering a match-up against highly favored Hillgrove who came out on top. The following week the Warriors ran into undefeated McEachern, going into the final minutes of the game with the Warriors leading the 3rd state ranked Indians, allowed a touchdown to give McEachern a 31-28 lead with seconds to go.
