Noah23 Meets Company Flow: 23 from the Hospital is a 2011 mixtape by hip-hop artist Noah23.[1] The album features new vocals by Noah23 over instrumentals by hip-hop group Company Flow. The title is a play on their 1999 instrumental album Little Johnny from the Hospitul.

The vocals on this mixtape are either freestyled or spontaneously memorized; that is, composed and memorized 'on the spot' without written record (a process sometimes known as 'frozen freestyling').
